Yes. Applicants never pay. Business schools and universities pay for access.

Does Macademia apply to schools for me?

No. You apply through each school’s own admissions process. Macademia has no say in any admission decision.

What do I need to finish my profile?

Your CV, a mobile number, and a few answers about where you would go and what you can spend. The CV is required, because your profile is built from it.

Who can see my profile?

Verified business schools and universities on Macademia, once your profile is finished. You can go invisible, object under Article 21 GDPR or delete your account at any time. The Privacy Policy sets out what schools see.

Which programmes are covered, and which are missing?

More than 180 MBA programmes at 120 business schools in 20 countries, most of them full-time. Master’s programmes are not covered yet.

How current is the information?

We update programmes every admissions cycle as fees, intakes and deadlines change. Cost figures describe a programme and are not financial advice.

Where is AI used?

Only where it is labelled: reading your CV, the CV tools and the plain-language search. You check everything before it goes into your profile.
