A list is eligibility. A cohort is fit.
Strong candidates decide early
By the time they apply, most have chosen their two or three schools.
A list shows who is eligible
Lists and fairs bring volume. They do not show who fits your class.
Every conversation starts cold
The first call goes on questions a profile could have answered.
Candidates apply through your own admissions process, on your own deadlines.

Questions admissions teams ask
What does our team see about a candidate?
One profile in a fixed structure: experience, education, test scores, languages, career path and the programme the candidate is looking for.
How do candidates end up on Macademia?
They come to compare MBA programmes across Europe and build a profile to do so. Finished profiles are visible to business schools on Macademia, and candidates can go invisible or object at any time.
How is candidate data handled, and where is it stored?
Primary production data stays in the EU. We use only what the service needs and never sell personal data.
Does Macademia score or decide anything automatically?
No. Figures on a profile or on your cohort come from fixed rules we wrote, not from AI, and decide nothing. Who to contact and who to admit stays with your team.
How does Macademia fit alongside the tools we already use?
Alongside your fairs, portals and campaigns. Candidates still apply through your own admissions process.
What does the Starter Pack include?
We walk you through it in 20 minutes, on your own programmes, before you decide anything.

The team
Some of us have applied to MBA programmes in Europe, some of us build software for a living, and our advisor worked in business school admissions for over a decade. Macademia is the platform we would have wanted on either side of that process.
